Location Data: We collect approximate location information (via GPS, Wi-Fi, or cellular networks) to display your position on the 3D globe, calculate compass headings, provide live traffic status, and attach location coordinates to photos taken with the GPS Camera.

Camera & Photo Library Access: We access your device camera and photo library solely to enable the GPS Camera feature, allowing you to capture photos with embedded location tags and save them to your device.

Device & Usage Technical Information: We may collect non-identifiable technical data such as device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (e.g., IDFA for advertising/analytics), network connection type, and IP address.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following specific purposes:

To display real-time maps, 3D globes, street views, and traffic information relative to your position.

To operate the digital compass and altitude/coordinates features.

To stamp accurate GPS metadata, address details, and timestamps onto photos captured within the app.

To deliver, maintain, and optimize application performance and fix technical issues.

4. Data Processing and Local Storage

Photos captured using the GPS Camera and any metadata attached to them are saved directly to your local device photo library. We do not upload, store, or process your personal photos or camera streams on external servers. All camera processing occurs locally on your device.

5. Third-Party Services and Advertising

Our app may integrate trusted third-party SDKs (such as Google AdMob or analytics providers) to deliver personalized ads and analyze service usage. These third parties may collect and process anonymous device identifiers and location data in accordance with their respective privacy policies. You can manage your tracking preferences anytime via your iOS Privacy Settings (App Tracking Transparency).

6. Permissions Requested

To deliver core functionalities, VistaEarth may request the following permissions:

Location Services (NSLocationWhenInUseUsageDescription): Required for map positioning, traffic updates, compass direction, and GPS photo tagging.

Camera (NSCameraUsageDescription): Required for taking photos with embedded location tags.

Photo Library / Photos Add (NSPhotoLibraryAddUsageDescription): Required to save captured geo-tagged photos to your album.

All permissions are explicitly requested, and you can revoke them at any time in your iOS System Settings.

7. Data Security

We employ industry-standard organizational and technical measures to protect any data collected against unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction. Because photo capture and map rendering rely heavily on local processing, your personal media remains under your direct control.

8. Children's Privacy

VistaEarth: GPS Live Camera is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately to have it deleted.
